Thanks for stopping by! My name is Torane (Tor-rain) Barnett. I was born in Newport News, VA (757) in an area where urban and street ways of life was a norm. With the help of close family and some valued mentors, I’ve ascended from that life and have made a way for myself to be successful and set a positive example for many to follow. I'm a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, who has spent 20 years of my life serving and defending. I have a lovely wife and two kids and my goal is to continue to create a legacy for them to follow. My wife and I share a passion for photography as well, so we are always sharpening our iron in the art arena. 

ABOUT THIS SITE 

This site represents my love for fashion and my take on selected styles. I recall going to clothing stores and never falling in love with the right pieces of clothing to match the look I was going for. It’s a blend of my faith, swag, and hunger to be one of the best, while looking great at the same time. And honestly, making designs is fun. I love seeing new concepts and ideas come together and critiquing them to make them better. 

Nothing brings me more pleasure then making something out of nothing. Even when the results are far from my ideal expectations. I find the whole ceremony of creativity completely exciting. 

I’d like to think that I am a very happy person, that loves laughter and enjoying something humorous on a daily basis. But nothing locks my focus like art.
